What to expect:
Here at Titan we believe in tough workouts, heavy weights (heavy for you), a little bit of cardio, and above all else, consistency. Each workout begins with a 5 minute warm-up, followed by a demonstration of each and every exercise. During the workout you will experience continued supervision and coaching throughout, making sure you’re doing everything correctly, so that you get an unforgettable workout, and stay injury free!
